Brain Training for Executives and Founders
You are not looking for a diagnosis. You are functioning. But the second half of the day has stopped working, and working harder has stopped producing a return.
In short
- Most executives we see have a regulation problem, not a disorder
- A QEEG gives you a measurement rather than a generic protocol
- No technique to learn and no homework between sessions
- Our Mumbai centre is in Lower Parel, which makes twice a week feasible
You are not looking for a diagnosis. You are functioning, probably well, and from the outside nothing looks wrong.
But the second half of the day has stopped working. Decisions that used to take minutes now sit open for days. You read the same paragraph three times. You are sleeping badly, or sleeping fine and waking unrefreshed. And the thing that used to get you through, working harder, has stopped producing a return.
What this usually is
Most of the professionals we see are not dealing with a disorder. They are dealing with a nervous system that has been running at high arousal for years and has lost the ability to come down.
That shows up in a fairly consistent pattern: difficulty switching off in the evening, a mind that races at 2am, irritability disproportionate to the trigger, and a narrowing of attention where only urgent things get done and important ones do not.
This is not a character problem and it does not respond to discipline. It is a regulation problem.

What a QEEG shows
We start with a QEEG brain map. Sensors record electrical activity across the scalp for about twenty minutes, eyes open and eyes closed.
What it produces is a picture of how your brain is currently regulating itself, compared against normative data. For most executives it confirms what they already suspect: the system is stuck in a high-arousal pattern and is not shifting into recovery states efficiently.
Two things make this worth doing. It gives us something specific to train rather than a generic protocol. And it is a measurement, which is usually what this audience wants and rarely gets from anything else in this category.
What the training involves
Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. Sensors read your activity, and feedback comes through a screen or audio. When your brain produces the pattern being trained, the feedback continues. When it does not, it drops away.
You are not doing anything effortful. There is no technique to learn and no homework. This matters for this audience specifically, because most interventions aimed at executive stress require adding another discipline to a life that has no room for one.
Most programmes run 20 to 40 sessions at two or three a week. That is the real commitment, and it is the reason some people decide against it. More detail on our sessions page.
The Mumbai practicality
Our Mumbai centre is in Marathon Nextgen Innova, Lower Parel. If you work in the surrounding offices, a session is a walk rather than a journey, which makes twice a week actually feasible rather than theoretically feasible.
Before-work and lunch-hour slots are the ones this group uses most. Our Nashik centre operates the same way for clients based there.

What we do not claim
We are not going to tell you this will make you smarter, raise your IQ by a specific number, or unlock peak performance. The evidence does not support those claims and we removed them from this site.
What the research supports most strongly is attention and impulse regulation. What clients most often report first is sleep, followed by a longer fuse and a less cluttered feeling in the second half of the day. Some people notice a great deal. Some notice little. We cannot tell you in advance which you will be.
Our evidence page sets out where the research is strong and where it is not.
When this is not the answer
- You are in genuine burnout and need rest, not training. Sometimes the honest recommendation is time off.
- The problem is a workload nothing can regulate you out of.
- Sleep difficulty has a medical cause that has never been investigated. Get that checked first.
- You cannot realistically attend twice a week for two to three months. At one session a week, the training does not consolidate.
What happens first
A QEEG assessment and a conversation about what you are actually noticing. If we do not think training is the right answer, we will say so. If we proceed, you get a protocol built from your own recording and a review point where we look at whether anything has changed.

Want a measurement before you commit?
A QEEG assessment shows whether there is a regulation pattern worth training. The first consultation is free.
Neurofeedback is a training approach, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition, and nothing here is medical advice.
