INCREASE IQ BY 11.7 POINTS
A typical (but by no means universally accepted) way of evaluating intelligence is through IQ tests. Some people argue that IQ is something you’re born with, but there is increasing evidence that it can, in fact, be trained.
An intelligence quotient (IQ) is a total score derived from several tests designed to assess your intelligence.
IQ scores are used for educational placement, assessment of intellectual ability, and evaluating job applicants. Even when students improve their scores on standardized tests, they do not always improve their cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention and speed.
Dr Hardt tested people before and after the Alpha training, and what was found was there was an increase in IQ that averaged 11.7 points. The IQ boost of the Alpha One training averaged 11.7 points of IQ, and that was stable at least a year out.
Training the brain with neurofeedback makes the brain smarter, sharper and faster, increases cognitive abilities and IQ.
