1. Wheat 

Surprised? If rotis/ bread is a big part of your daily food, maybe it’s time to rethink. There are 3 reasons why you should cut out wheat from your diet.

  • Lectins- They cause a leaky gut: Wheat contains a mild toxin called Lectin, which don’t break down in your intestinal system. Instead, they get attached to the receptors in your intestinal walls. As a result, they along with undigested food can enter your bloodstream. This is bad as your immune system then starts recognizing these and attacking it.
